Recipe: Shakeology


Mid-day grind never looked so good!  I’ve been hitting the gym and meetings HARD these past few weeks and have been really pushing myself through catch-up mode lately.  

It happens, and it’s totally cool.  One task at a time, one day at a time…all while doing my best to smile and express gratitude every chance I get.

When I need a pick-me-up or little boost in the morning or mid-day, this superfood recipe is a for sure go-to.  I like to call it my “Get SH*T Done” Shake, and honestly, the name says it all!



1 Cup Ice

¾ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Shot Espresso (or cold brew)

1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Shakeology (or vanilla protein of your choice)

1 Scoop Focused Energy Boost

1 tsp Raw Cacao Nibs (topping)


Blend ice, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, espresso, Shakeology, and Focused Energy boost.

Top with raw cacao nibs

Enjoy and go get SH*T done!!



When I make this in the morning, I throw it in a mason jar and pack a lid so when it’s all gone I don’t have to deal with leaks or spills.
